Josh holds a B.A. Honours in Psychology from York University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

Josh utilizes a variety of modalities tailored to each individual's unique needs. Josh is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)for bipolar disorder.
